ZR-8 vacuum brazing furnaces for aluminum

Replacing traditional salt bath furnace, model ZR-8 is exclusively applied in vacuum brazing for aluminum plate-&-fin heat exchangers, which are used in air separation, and petrochemical industry. Model ZR-8 features as follows: an effective isothermal area of 1600w¡Á2100H¡Á7500L(mm), load 18T, many creative designs such as new type temperature zone design method, process fuzzy control, full loop uncoupling control of 30 sub-area in a temperature zone, non-linear temperature measurement, large-sized gas commutation bridge, portable screen, molecule trap, and centralized computer control, operation temperature up 800¡æ, vacuum degree up to 10-4Pa, full metal structure, horizontally placed, and cooled both forcedly and naturally. Model ZR-8 can match international counterpart products in various performance parameters, and has ever won the second-class prize of national scientific and technological innovation, and the first-class prize of scientific and technical advance, which is issued by previous mechanical ministry. ZR-8 successfully took over imported counterpart products as soon as it was launched in China, which reflects on its leading position in international market.
