ZZL series high vacuum web coating film equipment is a kind of new type high vacuum web coating film series equipment manufactured on a basis of former equipment according to demand of consumers.
1.Configurations of vacuum system are good; pumping speed is quick. It adopts PLC control.
2.It is high precision AC frequency conversion speed-governing web system. Its speed is quick; and run is stationary. There are not scratches and corrugation for former films. There are not any light and shade stripes after coating. End face of furl is even.
3.Tensility control adopts import digital tensility control system. There are some characteristics of constant tensility, constant linear speed, high sensitivity, and quick response, etc. , and some functions which tensility automatically detect, closed loop automatically feed back, tensility is digital display, taper automatically adjust, and broken films automatically protect, etc.
4.Adopt high-power electrical source, there is great efficiency for coating-film and good homogeneity for film.
5.Every group of conveying wire is solely controlled by micro-machine. It can generally adjust and independently adjust, and displays speed of conveying wire.
6.It is provided with high automatization level, reliable performance, and simple operation.
