1976

War  industry key products for National Defence Sciences Industry Technology Committee (2 sets of pipe sampling systems) had been researched and manufactured. Total weight of pipe System is 44 ton.

Six kinds of  specifications for high vacuum multi-layer  insulation cryogenics vessel such as liquid nitrogen, liquid helium and so on (501, 1001, 2001, and 5001 etc.) had been triumphantly researched and manufactured.

Vacuum drier which model is VC—352, continuously rolling vacuum coating machine which model is CD—1000C and cold viewfinder vacuum coating machine which model is CD—1000GB had been researched and manufactured.

Tasks of high vacuum multi-layer super insulation cryogenics liquid nitrogen vessel which models are 1000l, 1500l and 2000l had been accomplished.

1978

We had developed to form a complete set for high-energy accelerator and fast-unload vacuum flange which specifications were from φ20mm to φ30mm.

Designed and manufactured liquid hydrogen vessel that model was 7501, and liquid hydrogen tanker that model was 65001.

1980

Trial-manufactured mercury ejector pump which model was DG—100.

Manufactured continuously rolling coating machine that model was ZD—1400C, and mirror-making vacuum coating machine that model was DZ—1400J.

Manufactured 1500l liquid nitrogen cryogenic tanker for heavy ion accelerator form a complete set.

1981

Successfully manufactured K—300T high vacuum oil diffusion pump.

Developed and produced five specifications of continuously rolling vacuum coating machine, in use for trades of electrochemical aluminum and cigarette wrapper.

1982

Manufactured DJ—1600H aerial-glass vacuum coating machine, which had application in coating ITO films for windshield of airplane.

Successfully manufactured K—600A low-pump.

Manufactured vacuum cup vacuum coating machine which model was DZS—1200B, and DZ—750J mirror-making vacuum coating machine that performance is excellent.

1983

We had manufactured K—400T high vacuum oil diffusion pump, ZK—600T oil diffusion booster, and K—600A high vacuum oil diffusion pump. And obtain excellent new product jinlong award of national economic committee science-technology fruit third class award of machine department.

Developed and produced Z—500G optical vacuum coating machine.

1984

Designed and manufactured GD—2300T astronomical telescope optical vacuum coating machine for Shanghai astronomical observatory of CAS, and obtain provincial science and first class award of technology advancement.

Vacuum multi-layer super insulation liquid hydrogen vessel of supply and recovering which model was SS—22 had been already developed. This is the first cryogenic liquid fuel measuring and weighing vessel, which our country design and manufacture.

It had been already developed that ZF—300 strong neutrons generator, LKJ—400 eroding machine, DLK—600 hollow cathodes ion vacuum coating machine, and YHJ—600 high vacuum argon arc welder.

6000l liquid nitrogen tanker had been already developed and manufactured.

1985

It had been already developed that DZ—1400Z decoration vacuum coating machine, magnetron sputtering vacuum coating machine which specification was JT—500, JT—900 and JT—1400W.

It had been already developed and manufactured that G.I. of high vacuum multi-layer super insulation liquid nitrogen storage vessel which model was 2500l and 3500l.

It had been  manufactured that ZR1214—13 large-size vacuum brazing furnace and RY—800 heating pressure ceramics sinter furnace.

1986

JT—900 magnetron sputtering vacuum coating machine is exported to Thailand for the first time.

YHJ—800 high vacuum argon arc welder and water vapour jet pumps of 4 kinds of different specifications and pressures had been manufactured.

1987

2 kinds of evaporation type decoration vacuum coating machines, and 2m mirror-making coating machine had been manufactured.

K—1000 high vacuum oil diffusion pump and K—630 high vacuum oil diffusion pump had been already developed.

1988

ZZ—1000L continuously roll-to-roll vacuum coating machine, DZ—750J mirror-making vacuum coating machine, and ZZ—1888B decoration vacuum coating machine are apart exported to Thailand and Pakistan.

JP—1600Y liquid crystal glass vacuum coating machine in use for coating liquid crystal glass had been already manufactured, and obtained provincial the third class award of new product technology fruit.

20m³ vacuum powder insulation cryogenic tank had been already manufactured.

ZR—135—13 whole metal high vacuum brazing furnace had been already manufactured.

JC—500 multi-sources magnetron sputtering vacuum coating machine, and FZJ—1000 intermediate frequency induction evaporation metal strip vacuum coating machine, had been already manufactured.

ZR—450—8 vacuum brazing furnace was gone into running in Suzhou which available equal temperature area was 950W×1300H×2000L, 16 temperature area were that computer concentrate to control, and loading furnace weight was 2500㎏. And obtain provincial second-class award of science and technology advancement , and second-class award excellent new product for machine department.

Developed to succeed 20m³ high vacuum multi-layer super insulation cryogenic tank and 10m³ high vacuum multi-layer super insulation cryogenic tanker.

Adopted patent technology to trial-manufacture LSJ—700 barrel cathode ion permeation coating equipment.
