Model ZR-15/16 are a widely used high temperature vacuum furnace. They have following features molybdenum/ tantalum heater equipped, operation temperature 1,500¡æ-2,000¡æ vacuum degree 10-3-10-4Pa, horizontally placed, full metal structure, forced cooling, smart temperature control, both manual operation and automatic operation available, self-adopting and tuning, monitor setting and data saving, and reversible temperature control. Model ZR-15/16 are mainly applied in vacuum brazing or vacuum sintering of metal and nonmetal material, vacuum degassing and material, vacuum degassing and annealing of rare metal such as tantalum, niobium, zirconium, and hafnium, vacuum sintering of tantalum capacitors, and rare metal refinement.
